This is a great quality weight machine. It is flexible and with the parts that you see listed, you can do bench press, & butterfly, standing arm presses, dip station and chin up station.

Everything works great and is in good condition. The weight bands do have some wear. Included is a manual of how to set everything up and gives a workout routine. It comes with the rubber weight bands as follows.. 2-5#, 2-10#, 2-25# & 4-50#.
