Akebono Strip Packing Machine Automatic Strip Carton Box Packing repair needed
This is Akebono banding machine (for strip pakcing cartoon boxes). 2 packes of strip are included in the offer (1 which is currently on the machine and 2nd one). Machine condition: Machine is used, electric motor and other commands are in working condition, machine starts normally when pressing the switch. HOWEVER: machine needs calibration or some settings needs to be modified, because it's not stable.
It can pack up to 10 boxes without any problem and than suddenly the strip falls out of the lead and machine reporst an error. I didn't have time to investigate and test the machine properly.
Speed and power are adjustable so maybe those 2 parameters are not set correctly, or maybe there is some problem on the channel where strips go trough. So summary would be: machine definitely needs some repair or calibration before it can be used daily.
