This listing is for a EAM-Mosca TRC-3 manufactured in 2004 with only 475,000 cycles on the counter. Out of a potential lifespan of 20 million, this baby is a baby. I now think a 20+ million lifespan is the norm for the direct drive, DC motor Mosca models. Although the strapping head has a potential 20 million cycle lifespan, the conveyors are another story. A company can run the conveyors for three shifts a day but only strap 20 boxes in that day.

The counter has a low cycle count but the conveyors can be worn out. Therefore, we usually rebuild the conveyor systems on the used Moscas we sell and that is the situation on this machine.

We have replaced a few of the hard to replaced rollers in the flip-up table as well as all of the bearing in the long rollers and the short white transfer rollers in the drive system. We have also installed a new drive belt for a like-new conveyor system. We have also gone through the entire unit and replaced anything that was worn or broken. It has been completely cleaned and then properly adjusted for like-new performance (please view video). We have also given the entire unit a coat of near perfect match paint using hardened urethane enamel over epoxy primer. The track has been widened by cutting the corners out of the secondary support arch. This does not compromise strength one bit but it does allow us to gain an extra 3.5 in width.

Some people will pay dearly for a few extra inches. Adjustable/flippable legs for maximum height adjustment and the deluxe, large casters. New foam padding on the underside of the compression bar feet. All replaceable bearings in the head and pressure rollers have been replaced. New Festo brand hosing on the compression unit.

A new 5mm track has been installed (a track is a wear item). Now I must list the direct address and have you go to Youtube and enter the address in the search bar.

If you would like to see a video of this specific unit functioning, do the following. The video should come right up. All I can do is guarantee that it will work "out of the box" and if it does not, I will pay to return it. The following is included in the sale price. The info is as follows. 64" x 39" x 70 tall.

I have a commercial address with a fork-lift. This unit has an extremely low cycle count at 400K cycles. I bought about 120 of this exact unit from a national company with some having as many as 5 million cycles and I also have eight units with under 10,000 cycles.

These were used in 300,000 to 500,000 square foot warehouses (there were four that I cleaned out in total) with multiple level automated conveyor systems. Waaayyy in the back, there were dead-ends where they did special sorting of clothes and spot work. That was where these "no-cycle" babies come from.
